Request account and data deletion

You can request permanent deletion of your Utter account and all associated data. We will delete:

• Your account (email and authentication)
• Your profile information
• All journal entries and any linked data
• Subscription records (you may need to cancel active subscriptions in your device or app store settings)

Please send your request from the email address linked to your Utter account so we can verify your identity:

We will process your request and confirm once your account and data have been deleted, usually within 30 days.
