For the fastest response, include your App Store region, device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. If reporting a bug, steps to reproduce help a lot.
Common topics
- Camera or photos — Allow Outfitly in Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera / Photos on iOS.
- Subscriptions — Manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (iOS). We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases; Apple handles billing.
- Account deletion — You can delete your account from the Profile tab in the App where this option is available.
